Beyond creating the best columbarium system available, Homecoming offers an unrivaled continuing service relationship. From our inception, we have been committed to offering the most comprehensive level of customer service to all of the clients we serve.

Yes, our extensive research and development has resulted in the industry’s finest columbarium system available. But just offering a columbarium system to our clients that addressed, and satisfied, all previous shortcomings in columbarium construction (issues concerning strength, durability, space-efficiency, ease of use, etc.) was not sufficient.

We wanted to make the ongoing care and service needs for our clients as easy as possible by eliminating the need for outsourcing necessary services: memorialized (engraved) facing stones and urns.

Commitment to the concept of comprehensive customer service drove us to understand how best to serve our clients.

We are dedicated to offering every product and service to meet your columbarium needs. From our Completer Package to dedication plaques, memorial plaques for our Memorial Wall System and all other memorial needs, Homecoming truly will be your comprehensive memorialization company.

urnHomecoming’s Completer Package

Our Completer Package service satisfies your columbarium needs by providing memorials and urns in a timely and professional manner.

Homecoming is proud to offer our unrivaled continuing service relationship to every client we serve. Although this is an optional service, all of our clients have chosen to take advantage of it. By doing so, both family and clients benefit:

  • Most cost-effective method
  • Most time-efficient process
  • Most importantly, family members will not be burdened with these responsibilities during their grieving process.

Most cost-effective method

Our continuing service option eliminates extra outsourcing to meet your memorialization needs, which can increase costs. With our Continuing Service option, you will not be required to remove the blank stone and drive it to a local engraver or to procure an urn.  By offering all these services in-house, Homecoming has simplified the process.

When it is time to order a Completer Package, you will simply fax or email a provided order form for the decedent to us. Upon receipt of your order, our onsite team will begin working immediately to create the memorial using the granite inventory that has been set aside for your specific project.

We begin the process right away rather than waiting for a black facing stone to be sent by mail before we begin creating the memorial. This eliminates unnecessary delays and ensures the fastest turnaround time for our Completer Package.

Your order will be shipped within 2-4 days of the date ordered. Next day service is available to meet special requests.

Homecoming’s Completer Package includes:

  • Memorialized (engraved) facing stone (replaces blank stone on reserved niche)
  • Polished, sheet bronze urn (industry standard)
  • Engraved urn identification plate

To outsource the above package, you are most likely going to be paying 3-4 times more than Homecoming’s cost.  You may need to visit several different suppliers to fulfill your needs.  There is no need to create the undue burden of going from supplier to supplier when Homecoming can have your shipped out to you in 2-4 days.

The Completer Package inurnment options

There are three (3) different ways that you can market the companion-depth Garden Niche™.  Utilizing these three different options will maximize all potential urn space, helping you reach full revenue potential.  They are as follows:

Single

single-facing-stone

This option is offered to those who, for a variety of reasons, may choose to have their remains inurned alone in a niche.

Companion

full-companion-facing-stone

This option, the most popular (they account for approximately 85% of our continuing service orders), is purchased by a husband and wife.

Shared

full-shared-facing-stone

This option is offered to those who wish to be inurned with another individual but do not share the same last name (i.e., sisters w/ different last names, grandparent w/ grandchild, life partners, two unrelated people, etc.).
